"Let Us Give"
On Jan 23rd, Michael with a few helpers to load all donation goods to "Last Chance Ministries". The pastor Ralph is really excited what we give to their group. He said " what you give to us is to help homeless people, they really need it, with these jackets and coats, they are much warmer." With the invitation of pastor Ralph, Michael Yang is with him to serve homeless people at central street. They distribute jackets, blankets, backpack, and so on. Before distributing food, pastor Ralph read the Bible verse and let homeless people know who is the Lord and how He loves everyone.
Even though it is still raining, it cannot stop the enthusiasm of the pastor and his partner to help these homeless people.
Since Covid19 outbreak, culture exchange has to stop between China and American. Even though pandemic is still on, people have been familiar with virtual meeting. NMCAA, one of our Volunteers, Hong Yan, open a free art drawing class to let parent or kids enjoy their favor and release pandemic pressure at home. She contact and invite Wenge Xu, a famous art president in Beijing SongZhuang National Art Museum of China.
NAMOC (National Art Museum of China ) integrates exhibition, collection, research, public education, international exchange, restoration of artworks and cultural and creative industries. It is the highest hall of fine arts in China and also a public cultural service platform. The robust development of NAMOC benefits greatly from the support of the central government and the direct leadership of the Ministry of Culture. The government has established a special collection fund, which laid a solid foundation for the museum's collection of art treasure. Quite a few collectors and artists donated their collections to the country out of their social responsibility and strong belief in “art serving the people”, which contributes to rich collections of NAMOC.
